New Student Registration 

Please bring the following with you to register: 

• 1. Student Being Enrolled
• 2. Birth Certificate,
• 3. Social Security Card,
• 4. Alabama Certificate of Immunization (Blue Slip),
• 5. proof of residency, example: (land line phone bill, power bill or lease /purchase agreement).
